RCABC Moving Water Instructor / Paddle Canada Moving Water Instructor Tandem and Solo - April 24 -30th -- $350 plus GST. - Will take place at various rivers around the Lower Mainland depending on water levels. Prerequisite - RCABC Lakewater Basic Instructor or Paddle Canada Lakewater Instructor and well and Advanced Solo and Tandem Moving water skills. For more information contact info@BCoutdoored.com
RCABC Lakewater and Paddle Canada Instructor Recert - April 19th Coquitlam - Buntzen Lake $100 plus GST.
This course, is for Canoe Instructor's who wish to recertify after 3 years has passed since their course or last recert. Instructor certifications and membership must be current and up to date. The course fee does not include the membership fee for either organization which must be paid prior to the course.

Paddle Canada Basic Sea Kayak Instructor Course - July 19th - 21st - Coquitlam - Barnet Marine Park - Run through Burnaby Parks and Rec.
This course, is for those wishing to become a Sea Kayak Instructor. Level1 skills is the prerequisite. Successful candidates will be able to teach the Paddle Canada Basic and Waterfront Sea Kayak courses. For more information contact BCoutdooreducation@gmail.com
RCABC Basic Lakewater Instructor Level 1 course and Paddle Canada Intro Tandem and Solo Instructor course October 2nd (Evening on Zoom) and October 5th and 6th- Coquitlam - Buntzen Lake $260 plus GST.
This course, is for teachers and people working with youth, who are experienced paddlers, and wish to receive Canoe Instructor certifications and be able to certify their students. It will cover the competencies and content for the new RCABC Lakewater Instructor Level 1 course. This course certifies successful candidates to teach RCABC Lakewater Level 1 and 2. It will also include the Paddle Canada Intro Tandem and Solo Instructor course which allows successful candidates to teach PC's Intro, Canoeing Basics and Waterfront Skills. Candidates should be strong paddlers and have experience paddling both Tandem and Solo. The course fee does not include the membership fee for either organization which must be paid prior to the course.

Paddle Canada Moving Water Safety and Rescue Clinic - This Moving Water Canoe Safety and Rescue Clinic provides the opportunity to practice commonly used moving water river rescue skills. Unlike moving water skill courses that emphasize paddling skills, this clinic emphasizes moving water safety and rescue skills. It focuses on the fundamental skills, knowledge, and manoeuvres of rescuing paddlers and equipment in moving water situations from a paddler’s respective. Camping Instructor / Tripping Leader
Recreational Canoeing Association of BC Tripping Leader /Paddle Canada Camping Instructor Course. - Great for teachers, Canoeing guides, Outdoor program leaders, Canoe club trip leaders. Youth camp or youth organization staff who wish to be capable of teaching the skills and knowledge required for weekend canoeing trips. Upon successful completion can teach Paddle Canada's Basic Camping Instructor courses. Prerequisites: Minimum 16-hour First Aid (can be wilderness) plus CPR Certificate ,Leave No Trace training, Minimum of Paddle Canada Intermediate Lake Tandem skill certification or equivalencies, Significant Canoe Tripping experience in a wide variety of conditions and locations, Minimum 4 multi-day canoe trips, Prior Paddle Canada or RCABC training (eg.
